Level 3: for students with prior experience; some Vinyasa flow, building strength more intensively, including inversions and exploring more advanced poses.

Introduction to Yoga: the fundamentals of yoga poses, correct alignment, breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare you for further class participation.
Vinyasa: Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement"; Also called 'Yoga Flow' reflecting the smooth way that the poses connect and become dance-like.
Community Class: taught by a teacher in training, and geared toward the beginning student; drop-ins only.
Restorative: longer held, supported postures using props to unfold deep relaxation, immune strength, and equanimity.
Children's/Teen Yoga: helps develop body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination, and supports to positively channel energy and instill calm, confidence and balance.
Qigong: increases flexibility, open meridians and untangles habitual holding, accessing deeper levels of energetic awareness. Unite and strengthen Body-Mind-Heart through alignment and moving meditation. For more info and to register, call Selene @ 926-2629.
"I had always wanted to take a yoga class but afraid it would be too hard. I took one right before my climb to the top of Mt. Shasta with the Breast Cancer Fund. It was not only calming, centering and easy for a beginner, but also spiritually awakening to my inner space." -Dr Shanhong Lu
