"It was wonderful to do yoga in nature with the river in the background, my practice felt so light and open, so balanced, energized and relaxed at the same time. The corpse pose and meditation went deep. It has been an inspiration for me ever since to try to find this balance and lightness in my yoga practice at home and in my life in general. This trip has also shown me that it is empowering to stretch my limits and try seemingly impossible things such as a handstand in the sand, and going through rapids in a kayak although I had never kayaked before in my life." -Annie Reinhardt
