Foundations
|
| |
To begin a yoga practice or refresh a previously existing one!
|

Level 1
|
| |
Beginning level, emphasizing
fundamentals of posture and breath,
and establishing a healthy mind/body
connection.

Level 2
|
| |
For continuing students; all aspects of Level 1, sun salutes, and for those who want to deepen their practice.
|

Level 3
|
| |
For students with prior experience; building strength more intensively including inversions and exploring more advanced poses.
|

Yin Yoga
|
| |
Long held, gentle practice of
postures to cool the mind and increase
range of motion in the body. All levels.

Breema Bodywork
|
| |
Breema Bodywork teaches
bodywork sequences that nurture both
receiver and giver, allowing the mind to
clear, the body to relax and feelings to
become more receptive. Open to all.

Vipassana Meditation

The Mt.
Shasta Dharma Collective is a peer
led, alternative Vipassana (or Insight)
meditation and discussion group
facilitated by Diana Stearns. Open to all.

Children's yoga, to cultivate self
confidence and clear, focused attention
through yoga postures and breath
awareness. For ages 7-11 years.
