“With the spiritual aspects naturally occurring from proper alignment in the body, I feel greatly inspired to teach alignment as a priority to serve as the vehicle for the more subtle aspects of yoga to blossom. I am blessed to have worked with instructors Paul Weiss, Aadil Palkhivala and Amy Cooper, all of whom are from the school of BKS Iyengar and have an expansive depth in the wisdom of hatha yoga.” --Bliss
