Proper matwork technique is the foundation of Joseph Pilates' work. The Mat Essentials Series
consists of ten 50-minute classes designed to progress a small group of 5-8 clients along the continuum of the beginner to intermediate/advanced level matwork. The studio mat series is focused on proper breathing technique and alignment. The mat classes also help clients to develop a solid
